1.Defines the design, list of equipment, services and limit of scope according to the Tender Document / Requirements from the Client 2.Estimates the cost price of equipment and services related to the proposal 3.Informs the hierachy about the proposal progress 4.Issues the technical documents and commercial documents for the proposal 5.Prepares on time all the here-above documents and supervise their typing, presentation and filing into folders by the Proposal Secretary and Translator Reports to the Proposal Department Manager 1.Fluent in English with very good written and spoken skills 2.Engineer with more than 5 years experience in water treatment 3.A specific competence in waste water treatment or sludge treatment will be appreciated 4.Good knowledge of the local water treatment market 5.Experience with design institutes 联系人：王小姐 E-mail：degremonthr@sina.com
