Responsible for organizing, leading, and controlling the finance and accounting activities of the project offices, in compliance with the Company policies and procedures, together with local and national government requirements.
Duties and responsibilities:
Develop, implement and revise all billing, accounting, cash handling policies, procedures and controls in the project.
Manage bank accounts and loans.
Monitor the project accounting systems (local/regional levels).
Prepare budgets, forecasts and strategic plan schedules.
Interact with banks, external consultants, tax authorities and auditors when required.
Manage the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets and management reports; provide financial information to management (local, country/zone and regional levels) and shareholders.
Ensure compliance of Finance and Accounting activities in the project with parent company, local and national governments requirements policies and procedures.
Provide financial analyses and advice to management for capital investment or renewal proposals.

A minimum of 5 -10 years of relevant experience, preferably gained from JV, MNC/listed company.
Good knowledge of international accounting standards and familiar with PRC rules and regulations.
An ability to work and make sound judgment with minimum supervision.
Excellent in both written & spoken languages of Chinese and English.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office application and other accounting software.
Occasion travels to various project offices when required.
