Responsibilities:
1.Administer, coordinate, supervise and implement human resources programs, policies, procedures and practices.
2.In charge of recruitment and selection according to recruiting plan. Can effectively interview, assess and hire right candidates for right positions in a restricted timeframe.
3.Lead HR practices across different department and organization
4.Provide coach to functional managers when needed
5.Maintain HR data and reporting
6.Handle with Employee relations.
7.Make sure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively compliance with both China Labor Law and corporate policies.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in human Resource Management or related are preferred.
2.At least 5 years’ HR working experience across major functions such as recruitment, training ,C&B, employee relations and so on.
3.Familiar with human resource management knowledge, labor law .
4.Excellent communication and coordination skills.
5.Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
6.Strong team spirit, initiative, hard-working, and with sense of responsibility.
