The Project Manager is a key role within the company team ensuring the timely and efficient execution of a project. The Project Manager is expected to maximize the profitability of all work whilst ensuring completion within the required timeframe without compromising quality or safety and meeting the specifications of each project.
The Project Manager must be able to fulfill the responsibilities:
To integrate the available resources in such way to manage the project to achieve the specific project objectives.
To establish the macro project schedule and manage efficiently to ensure completion of all deliverables within the timeframe.
To establish and manage the project budget based on the cost estimation budget transmitted from proposal stage
To remit the financial project report following the company control system bimonthly
To liaise , communicate and manage all activities with client, DI and external stackholders
To coordinate with internal divisions to ensure the milestones of engineering, purchasing, etc. met on time
To prepare, negotiate, control and manage the sub-contractor contracts
To maintain a customer focus and to strive for complete customer satisfaction
Consolidated Requirements:
10 years experience in engineering projects
10 years experience in management of multidisciplinary project team in water treatment field
Experience in large municipal or industrial engineering project
Experience in waste water, portable water, water reuse & tertiary, industrial water and sludge treatment
Fluent English communication
Excellent organizational integration, interpersonal, communication and reporting skills
Familiar with usage of scheduling software MS Project
Ability to travel frequently
