职位描述：
1. 全面管理公司财务完成所有财务相关的职责。
2. 参与公司重要事项的分析和决策，为企业的生产经营、业务发展等事项提供财务方面的分析和决策依据。
3. 提供管理层所需的报告，定期编制各项财务报表。
4. 保证集团内控制度的实施和执行，制定和完善适合项目公司的各项制度和流程并保证其在批准后的实施。
5. 制定公司预算，监督预算的执行情况。
6. 制定公司资金计划，监督资金计划的运行情况并筹集公司运营所需资金。
7. 规划公司税收，处理公司各项税务事项。
8. 负责年度审计、年检、汇算清缴等。
9. 审批公司各项费用及重大资金流向。
10. 确保日常核算、税务处理与集团要求及中国法律法规的要求相一致。
11. 协调公司同供应商、客户、银行、工商、税务、外管等政府部门的关系。
12. 公司财务团队建设。
13. 完成公司管理层及总部财务部交办的其他各项工作。
任职要求：
1. 大学本科以上学历，财会、经济类专业。
2. 6年以上外资或合资企业财务工作经验，3年以上管理经验。
3. 优先考虑具备ACCA/CPA资格。
4. 熟练使用财务软件及office软件，尤其是EXCEL与PPT。
5. 良好的沟通表达能力、优秀的组织与协调能力。优秀的个人品质，原则性强。
6. 熟悉新的税务、会计制度（熟悉国际会计准则为佳）。
7. 具有良好的英语听说读写能力。
8. 可以长期在河北张家口及定州工作。
Job description:
1. Handle full range of financial and accounting duties of the project company.
2. Participate company significant business issues discussion, provide financial analysis for management decision making.
3. Prepare timely management report and provide timely reviews, analysis. Supervise and prepare IFRS financial packages and all kinds of PRC report periodically.
4. Ensure group internal control procedures and policies be implemented in project company. Prepare internal control policies for project company and ensure the implementation after approval.
5. Prepare company budget, supervise the budget implementation after approval.
6. Prepare cash flow forecast, supervise the cash flow and responsible for financing of the company.
7. Tax plan and daily tax operation handle.
8. Responsible for annual audit, year end inspections and tax return.
9. Expenditure approval and make sure the safety of company’ s fund.
10. Ensure statutory accounts, tax and other regulatory returns are prepared in compliance with Group policies and local regulations.
11. Maintain good relationship with clients, suppliers, banks, and local authorities such as Commercial Bureau, tax Bureau and SAFE.
12. Oversee the Company’s accounting team
13. Assist in ad-hoc assignments from project management team and FC BJ.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree and above major in Accounting, Finance and Economics.
2. Minimum 6 years working experience with at least 3 years as managerial level in multinational company.
3. ACCA/CPA is preferred.
4. Skillfully use finance and accounting software, Microsoft office software especially Excel and PPT.
5. Good communication skills. Dedicated, reliable and team player leader.
6. Extensive knowledge of GAAP and tax policies.
7. Excellent Chinese and English skills required (written and spoken).
8. Can work in Hebei Zhangjiakou and Dingzhou on long-run basis.
