Major Responsibilities
1. Performance Management
Be responsible for maintaining Kwig’s Performance Management system by facilitating line managers to set up KPIs and targets in line with company’s strategy and business goals, tacking the progress of KPIs and making routine evaluation. Create a performance driven culture within the organization together with management.
2. C&B:
Assist HR Director to create a competitive C&B strategy and professional C&B system to attract, motivate and retain talents for Kwig. Design mechanisms to systematically collect market information regarding C&B, eg. salary range, benefit policies etc. Be responsible for every month’s payroll and related databases.
3. HR process and regulations:
Be responsible for designing, implementing and upgrading all HR processes. Coach line managers and employees to follow HR processes. Continuously improve and update the processes to ensure the efficiency of HR operations and achieve high level of satisfaction from the organization.
Assist HR Director in developing and updating HR policies and procedures for HQ and project companies such as Management handbook, Employee handbook, safety policies and strong policies for HQ and Project Companies. Provide daily consultations to employees regarding the HR policies and regulations.
4. Project Companies’ HR Management:
Guide and coach Kwig’s project companies HR team to implement Kwig’s HR policies and process to ensure a unified HR system within Kwig family.

Other requirements for the candidates
-Bachelor degree or above, more than 6 years relevant working experience
-Proactive, strong leadership and strong sense of responsibility.
-Participated or led HR projects, such PMS, in previous working experience.
-Be familiar with labor law and local regulations
-Active user of MS office,such as word, excel, powerpoint etc
-Fluent English oral and written skills
