(Hainan, Yangpu based, )Responsible for the management of a water plant facilities distributed on one or more than one site. The duties include, but not limited to, planning and directing all activities regarding local production, plant facilities maintenance and engineering, material supplies, human resources, health and safety, environment and quality with a permanent optimization of the production quality, cost control and timing as set by the municipal contracts requirements.
Supervise and manage overall plant operations including technical maintenance and support functions.
Improve plant efficiency and profitability to meet with corporate objectives.
Develop and maintain close relationships with municipals and business partners.
Monitor and ensure the production activities on site(s); ensure the data collection and report preparation. Report directly and regularly to the Managing Director.
Monitor the strategy for facilities maintenance and renewal.
Ensure production volume, cost and quality of productions; ensure production schedules are met.
Follow the purchasing activities, and especially the main suppliers’ selection; ensure products, spare parts and equipments availability.
Ensures the implementation and the regular audit of Health and Safety Regulations for all activities.
Ensure compliance of plant operations to government and contract requirements.
企业管理；Degree holder or above in Mechanical Engineering / Environment or equivalent.
Has proven track record in strong leadership and management skills.
6 – 8 plant management experience in natural resources or environmental companies in China. Previous experience working in JV or foreign companies would be an advantage.
Excellent in both written & spoken languages of Chinese and English.
